Welcome to Renov-8 Building Maintenance Ltd
Renov-8 Building Maintenance Ltd has been trading since 2002. Owned and operated by Michael Taylor, Renov-8 has successfully completed many projects in and around the Preston area to an exceptionally high standard.
Michael first started in the trade with Preston Borough Council as a Construction Operative in 1990. In the Summer of 1992 he was offered a brick-laying apprenticeship which he successfully completed to Advanced Craft Level in City & Guilds. He went on to attain Skill-Test approval and became a full-time brick-layer with Preston Borough Council.
Michael worked on various contracted projects for the Ministry of Defence, including extensive work at Weeton Barracks and HMS Inskip. These projects ranged from the construction of new gun-discharge bays, property extension and renovations and other structural work. He also worked on many other local projects including the Premium Bonds building, DVLA in Kendall/Barrow-in-Furness and local housing schemes such as regeneration in Moor Nook (Preston) and Robin Street (Ribbleton), along with various other projects on behalf of North British Housing.
With an emphasis on honest quotations, value for money and attention to detail, Renov-8 has established an excellent reputation for a wide range of building and renovation services. Check out our gallery for examples of our work.
